EDP, a partner of the GreenH2Atlantic project offers a series of webinars “R&D Sessions powered by NEW” dedicated to Research & Development, where experts and guests are gathered to discuss the future of energy, the challenges of the sector and the solutions that EDP are already putting into practice to revolutionize the energy sector. Every month different themes are discussed, within the framework of the R&D projects. On the 27th of April the guest of webinar was EDP Renewables to present GreenH2Atlantic and the speaker was Tommaso ORLANDINI.

The future of the planet relies on decarbonization, and R&D is a crucial piece for ensuring the protection of Earth’s natural resources. In April, on the International Earth Day we celebrate how far environmental awareness and action efforts have come.
On April 27th at 4PM (WEST), this month’s R&D Session brought to the table the topic of decarbonization, presenting projects related to the energy system of geographical islands and how hydrogen will have an active role on the energy transition.
